At 03:36 Company 83 was dispatched to assist station 86 with a working structure fire at Penn Installations in Summerhill Boro.  Truck 83-2 responded with 7 at 03:41 with Engine 83-6, Tanker 83-7, and Utility 83-4 following.  Upon arriving on scene crews found flames through the roof and immediatly began ventellating as well as fire suppresion on the fully involved second floor.  Upon arriving on scene 83-6 was instructed to set up a draft in a nearby stream to supply water for the fire suppression efforts. Truck 83-2 and Tower 3-1 were used extensively to try to control the burning structure from above,  while engine crews made an interior attack.  Crews from Stations 3, 22, 80, 83, 84, 85, 86, and 87 were all on scene while crews from Stations 5, 43, and 72 were dispatched for stand-by detail.
